As a former genetic trashcan, I knew the only way for me to excel in sports was through the weight room, with smart training and hard work I became a halfway decent athlete.
I have used this knowledge of performance to overcome a multitude of sports injuries, including broken bones and torn ligaments. My specialty is functional strength and injury prevention. I offer custom programming and training for any type of athlete who is looking to get serious about their performance.

I am a Personal Trainer and Online Fitness Coach. I graduated from The Ohio State University and received my training certification from the American Council on Exercise. I am 25 years old and I have owned my small business, Friday Fitness, and been training clients for the past 4 years! Over the years I have worked with hundreds of clients in-person and virtually to help them achieve their fitness goals. I specialize in strength and resistance training and teaching my clients how to safely build muscle and burn body fat to achieve the best version of themselves. I come from an athletic background but was diagnosed with Thyroid Disease in high school so I understand how frustrating a fitness journey can be. After my diagnosis and subsequent surgery I got very passionate about fitness and even competed in two body building competitions. My personal fitness experiences on each end of the spectrum have allowed me to have a unique perspective when coaching clients and I am better able to help them learn balance!

-Educate people on the mental, emotional, and physical benefits of exercise.
-Articulate that consistency is a key trait to any success in life.
